Taking yourself somewhere you could gain your inner peace and harmony. It could be outside at your backyard with beautiful scenery of wild grasses. Or you can go to the nearest coffee shop in your area, sipping from a cup of coffee accompanied with reading your book.

3)Get Physical 'Exercise'
There is nothing more effective ways to get rid of the stress you were carrying throughout the day then to get some exercise upon the descending of the sun. It is not only make your body fit and healthy, you could be happy and positive as well. Not only that, exercising increase the oxygen in your system and consistently diminishing the negative aura you have.

7)Practice Forgiveness
Be compassionate. It is good to sleep on the bed every night knowing you don't have burden carrying on you. Reconcile with the person who have done you wrong. You will never be fix if you don't know what has been broken in you.
8) Appreciate And Be Grateful
Do not estimate the power of gratitude. Gratitude means being thankful for the things you have in your life, it might be an old version of phone your friend gave to you. The thoughts will always count.
9) Trust His Will
God is Omniscience, Omnipotence and Omnipresent just always pray for yourself and for the sake of others. He will hear everything you says to him. And when the right time and circumstances permit, be ready to receive the abundance he has prepared.
